Final Thoughts
Holy dramatic lashes and major lash impact. I 100% agree with the claim that it, “inflates and pumps up lashes.” It’s a very mousse-y and whipped formula, as it says, which can be messy if you aren’t careful. It layers well and builds without major clumping. I used a lash comb just to make sure there were no clumps. I LOVE this. I like a dramatic lash look so this is my kind of formula. If you like a more subtle, natural look this might not be for you.
