–I’ve heard/seen some say they can’t tell a difference in the Ultra Creamy and the original, but I definitely can. It is 100% more creamy and hydrating
–The coverage is still the same (full) as is the finish
–I have fine lines so there is some settling (as there is with every concealer), but no more than usual and no creasing
