Final Thoughts
I’ve tried the other masks from this line and really liked them so I figured this one would be good too and it is! I found this at TJ Maxx for $4.50 so I figured I had nothing to lose by buying and trying. Clay masks are good for drawing out impurities and unclogging pores, but they can be drying. This mask wasn’t, but if you have dry skin like me, I would only use one or two times a week. I will definitely be incorporating this to my skincare routine weekly.

Final Thoughts
First, how pretty is this pink mask?! I love how my skin felt after I peeled this off. It felt so smooth and soft. This is the perfect mask to use before applying makeup. I didn’t notice or feel any lifting or firming though. GlamGlow has great products and if you want to treat yourself, go for it. I like it and I recommend it, but I won’t repurchase the full size because of the price.

Final Thoughts
I wanted to try this as soon as it came out and I got lucky and was able to get a smaller size as a 100 point perk at Sephora. I’m glad I got to try it out before buying because I don’t know that I’d purchase the full size. I like it and how it made my skin feel, but it didn’t blow me away. I think it’s just as good as other masks that are more affordable.

Mask Monday: elf Pore Clearing Glitter Peel Off Mask

This shimmering black peel-off mask strips away dirt and oil to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and reveal soft, clear looking skin. Enriched with charcoal, witch hazel and lavender to reveal a more refined complexion.

Price
$8 for 2.47 oz @ elfcosmetics.com
Compared to Too Faced $42 & GlamGlow $59

Pros
–Affordable
–Cute & fun
–Paraben, sulfate, phthalate free
–Cruelty free
–Good ingredients (for my skin at least)–>charcoal & witch hazel
–Leaves skin feeling SO smooth

Cons
–Very thick, can be hard to apply (I recommend using a brush)
–Online only? Not sure about this but I haven’t seen it in any stores near me

Final Verdict
I LOVE glitter so when glitter masks became a thing, I immediately wanted to try one. My excitement quickly faded when I saw the large price tag. Leave it to elf to rescue us with a cheaper option! I think it’s a fun, peel off mask that does what most peel off masks do. My skin feels so smooth after I use this mask. I don’t think it’s anything special or life changing, but it’s worth $8. I recommend it.
