Trash Talk III

I’ve shared empties posts before, but if you’re new to empties, here’s the skinny–these are products that I completely used up. I give mini reviews and tell whether or not I would repurchase. It’s a good way to sort the good from the bad and see what’s worth buying and what you can skip

Epic Empties Volume II

I have a lot of beauty trash to sort through and I needed these products out of my way before the end of 2018.

If you’re new to empties, here’s the skinny–these are products that I completely used up. I give mini reviews and tell whether or not I would repurchase. It’s a good way to sort the good from the bad and see what’s worth buying and what you can skip.

You can see volume I here.

I’m going to do 6 categories: hair, shower products, skincare, makeup, miscellaneous, and samples.

  • LOreal Smooth Intense Ultimate Straight Perfecting Balm
    • Old, needed to be tossed
    • Didn’t hurt, but don’t know that it helped
    • Not repurchasing
  • Neutrogena Clarifying Shampoo
    • I use this once a week to remove product build up i.e. dry shampoo
    • Cleanses really well without stripping or drying out my hair
    • (( Repurchased ))
  • Redken 05 Windblown Hairspray
    • Favorite hairspray
    • It has enough hold and doesn’t leave my hair feeling crunchy
    • (( Repurchased ))
  • LOreal Blow It Dry Spray
    • This definitely helps cut down on dry time, but I don’t like how it makes my hair feel
    • Kenra spray is better and worth the splurge
    • Not repurchasing
  • Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask
    • So many people RAVE about this, but I don’t care for it
    • I prefer my LOreal mask and it’s so much cheaper
    • I do like the spray leave in conditioner version of this though
    • Not purchasing

Do y’all like empties posts/videos? I LOVE them. I love to hear honest thoughts after using up an entire product. They are some of my favorite videos to watch on YouTube.
