—Final Thoughts :: Scent doesn’t linger and doesn’t bother me, but I know some are sensitive to fragrance; can’t speak to the plumping claims because I already have big lips; there’s a slight tingle, but nothing uncomfortable; I love that this isn’t sticky; I usually use it over a matte lipstick, but they’re pretty on their own too.

I don’t know that I’d pay $20 for it as I can get the same effect with cheaper products; I do like it though and I’m glad I have it!
