—Claims :: Creates the perfect canvas for powder foundation; no dry or cakey finish; helps powder to melt onto the skin; ultra-smooth and even finish

—Pros :: Cruelty free; smoothing; hydrating; foundation went on with ease; flawless base; agree with all claims

—Final Thoughts :: I usually only use a primer water under powder foundation because not just any primer will work with a powder foundation. The texture/formula is interesting and I really wasn’t sure how it well it would work. You definitely have to let it absorb before going in with powder. It’s hydrating and creates the perfect, smooth base for foundation. Pricey, but worth it if you love powder foundation and you can usually get Ulta brand products on sale.
