My Opinion
When I first started getting into makeup, MAC was all the rage. One of the first high end lipsticks I bought was from MAC. I bought Lovelorn and Candy Yum Yum on the same day. Lovelorn is still one of my favorite shades and Candy Yum Yum is what sparked my love of bright lipsticks. I think they are best known for their lipsticks. They have a wide range of finished and colors and some really unique colors you won’t find anywhere else. For a while MAC was the authority on higher end makeup and if you wanted good makeup and were willing to spend, MAC is where you went. Now, there are so many brands out there that I feel MAC has kind of been forgotten. However, I know they still have some cult classic products like their Fix+ Spray that will never lose notoriety. I don’t get excited about new releases from them like I used to, but I still love and use my MAC lippies and eye shadows.
