What is it? Primer made specifically for the delicate under eye area
What does it do? Hydrates. Creates a smooth canvas for concealer application as well as helps prevent concealer from creasing, caking, and/or settling.
Use one if… You’re prone to creasing, want extended wear, and/or don’t want to wear a full face of makeup
How to use? Apply a pea size amount (that’s enough for both eyes) to clean skin. Pat it in gently. Follow with concealer if desired

Ulta Under Eye Brightener
Claims—Smooth, conceal, and brighten in one swipe :: wear alone or under makeup
Price—$10 at Ulta
Shade Range—2
My Shade—Light to Medium
Pros—Affordable :: brightens :: hydrates :: light enough that I can wear alone :: great base for concealer :: cruelty free :: works well with other under eye products
Cons—Very tiny, don’t get a lot of product :: Availability
Final Thoughts—I bought this to see if it would be a dupe for the Tula. They definitely do the same thing, the Ulta product is just smaller and cheaper. I was very surprised at how dang small the tube it, but I think the price is off for the amount. Smooths and brightens my dull, dark under eye area.
