Airbrush Flawless Foundation (review)
–Claims—Hydrating :: long lasting :: waterproof :: flawless complexion
–Price—$44
–Shade Range—44
–My Shade—1 Cool
–Thoughts—Excellent shade range :: oxidizes :: looked heavy on my dry skin :: this product is vegan :: fail for me :: WAY cheaper foundations that I like more
Worth it? No

Matte Revolution Lipstick
–Claims—Long lasting :: buildable :: hydrating
–Price—$34
–Shade Range—16
–My Shade—Pillow Talk
–Thoughts—I bought this lipstick because I wanted the infamous Pillow Talk shade. I completely understand the hype and notoriety of this shade. It is PERFECT. It’s the most perfect pinky nude for my skin tone. The formula is great—not drying and lasts. If I could wear one lipstick the rest of my life, this would be it. I don’t know that I’d splurge on any other shades though. Pillow Talk is a unique shade and the supposed dupes just aren’t the same.
Worth it? Yes

Hollywood Contour Wand
–Claims—Soft-focus :: semi-matte :: naturally sculpted look :: easy blending :: lightweight
–Price—$38
–Shade Range—2
–My Shade—Fair/Medium
–Thoughts—Fool-proof contouring :: packaging makes it easy to dot on and it blends out quickly and easily :: if you struggle with contouring and blending, this is the product for you :: It’s SO easy and looks great :: the tone is perfect, it’s not too warm or muddy
Worth it? Yes

Hollywood Flawless Filter
–Claims—Can be used as a primer, highlighter, or mixed with foundation to add a dewy glow :: soft-focus :: illuminate skin :: smooth pores and lines
–Price—$15-44
–Shade Range—7
–My Shade—1 Fair
–Thoughts—I used this as a primer and it gives a gorgeous glow. I never mixed it with foundation or wore it alone. I do like this, it’s a great product, but you can similar results with cheaper products. It’s similar to the MAC Strobe Cream and another good dupe is the Milani Soft Focus Glow Complexion Enhancer which is less than $10.
Worth it? No

Airbrush Matte Bronzer
–Claims—Warm the look of the complexion while blurring the appearance of imperfections :: skin-perfecting bronzed filter
–Price—$55 ($39 refill pan)
–Shade Range—4
–My Shade—Fair
–Thoughts—Perfect shade and tone for my fair skin :: huge compact and pan size :: buildable formula—can do a light wash or build it up which is just the formula I like :: I also like that it’s a refillable compact. It will take a while to use up, but once I do, I can buy the pan for $39 instead of paying $55 again :: There are cheaper bronzers that will give you the same result so while I love this, I don’t think it’s worth the $55 price tag. The Kylie Cosmetics Bronzer in Khaki is a great alternative
Worth it? No

Eyes to Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow
–Claims—Long lasting :: non-creasing formula :: cooling effect :: easy glide-on formula :: effortless to apply
–Price—$32
–Shade Range—6
–My Shade—Oyster Pearl
–Thoughts—Unique cream formula, more mousse like :: very metallic, shiny finish :; beautiful colors :: worked alone or with powder shadow on top :: little goes a long way :: I do think there are good cream shadows, but none have the same formulation and texture :: I went on a declutter spree and got rid of this and I now regret that choice. I want to repurchase Oyster Pearl and Champagne
Worth it? Yes

Magic Vanish Color Corrector
–Claims—Lightweight :: full-coverage :: conceals pigmentation :: brighten the under eye area
–Price—$32
–Shade Range—4
–My Shade—Fair
–Thoughts—Darks circles are gone in a flash :: works great with a finger or brush :: I ALWAYS use a corrector before concealer. It’s light, but covers and brightens without looking heavy on the delicate under eye area. I’ve tried other more affordable and high end correctors and this one is by far the best :: the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Brightener is good, but doesn’t offer as much coverage
Worth it? Yes

Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder
–Claims—Ultra-fine :: blurs imperfections :: reduces shine :: doesn’t cake or settle into fine lines
–Price—$25-45
–Shade Range—4
–My Shade—Fair
–Thoughts—I finally bit the bullet and bought this powder after hearing how amazing it was time and time again. The shade range is awful and needs improvement. I found this to be very fine and smooth. It set my makeup nicely and did blur a little bit. However, the shade fair is too dark and darkened my foundation. It lives up to all claims and is a good formula. There’s just not a shade that works for me and I can get the same effect with my Fenty Pro Filt’r Powder in Butter.
Worth it? No (if the shade range expanded and there is one that works for me, this could change, but as is…no)

Magic Foundation (review)
–Claims—Long lasting :: medium, buildable coverage :: weightless :: “miracle in a bottle”
–Price—$44
–Shade Range—20
–My Shade—0
–Thoughts—Perfect shade match for me :: full coverage :: good product formula wise, but there are cheaper options that do the same thing
Worth it? No

KISSING Lipstick
–Claims—Moisturizing :: satin finish :; no bleeding outside the lip line :: protects from UV damage
–Price—$34
–Shade Range—16
–My Shade—The Duchess
–Thoughts—The Duchess shade was inspired by Kate Middleton and that’s the only reason I bought it. There are tons of excellent lipsticks that are much cheaper
Worth it? No

Cheek to Chic Blush
–Claims—Buildable :: long lasting :: use outer shade to sculpt cheekbones and dab inner shade on apples of cheek for a glow
–Price—$40
–Shade Range—9
–My Shade—Love Is The Drug
–Thoughts—Pigmented :: easy to blend :: sleek compact :: lasted all day :: love the shade I purchased :: I struggle to find a blush formula that lasts all day and the longevity really impressed me. If this is something you struggle with, I think this is worth it.
Worth it? Yes

Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes (review)
–Claims—Instant and long lasting volume, length, and lift :: load, comb and lift brush
–Price—$15-29
–Shade Range—1
–Thoughts—Amazing length and separation, but not much volume :: wand really grabbed and coated each lash :: didn’t flake or smudge :: held a curl :: can get the same look with drugstore mascaras that are much cheaper
Worth it? No

Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray
–Claims—Hydrating :: alcohol free :: oil-free :: sets makeup for up to 16 hours without melting, fading, or settling into fine lines
–Price—$20-35
–Thoughts—I was impressed with how well this sealed my makeup. I love that it is alcohol free so it’s not drying, but I didn’t necessarily find it to be hydrating like it claims. I had my makeup on for 12+ hours, worked out, and at the end of the day, my makeup still looked good. However, I think the Urban Decay and other more affordable options work just as well
Worth it? No
Final Thoughts
Charlotte Tilbury is luxe, high end makeup. As you read, I think some of the products are worth it while others aren’t. It’s that way with any brand, regardless of price. She does have some stand out formulas and products, but at the end of the day, you are paying for the name. If you want to splurge on something from the brand, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
