Puff Puff Pass Powder

Claims—Lightweight :: finely milled :: set and/or bake your makeup :: Rice Powder and Vitamin E to absorb oil and natural anti-aging properties

Price–$18 for 24 g

Shade Range—9

My Shade—03 Translucent

Pros—Vegan :: get lots of product :: shade range :: finely milled :: silky feel :: agree with all claims :: set and locked makeup :: face looked filtered, smooth, and bluured

Cons—Availability

Final Thoughts—Closest formula to my beloved Fenty that I’ve found :: my face looked so smoothed and blurred :: they hype surrounding this powder is real :: I don’t think translucent is truly translucent. It darkened some of my foundations so I need to get a different shade :: this is a must try :: LOVE

Get Glow

Claims—2  color combo highlighter and illuminator :: radiant glow

Price–$15

Shade Range—3

My Shade—03 Hollywood Glow

Pros—3-in-1, can use separately or mixed together :: talc free :: great for fair skin tones

Cons—Very poweder-y :: lots of kick up :: not very pigmented

Final Thoughts—There are only 3 shades, but those 3 shades will work for a variety of skin tones from fair to deep. It really didn’t show up on my skin and you couldn’t really tell I had even applied highlighter. There is a slight sheen, but you really have to layer and build it up.

Blush

Claims—Just kissed flush

Price–$15

Shade Range—6

My Shade—04 Cheeky

Pros—3-in-1, can use separately or together :: pigmented :: love the color :: very pigmented :: easy to blend :: lasted all day

Cons—TON of powder kick up

Final Thoughts—Contains talc :: very pigmented, only need a little amount :: impressed with longevity, blush doesn’t always last on me, but this one did

MEH

Contour

Claims—Sculpt :: chisel :: look snatched for any occasion

Price–$15

Shade Range—3

My Shade—01 Tawny

Pros—Vegan :: pigmented :: easy to blend :: soft, creamy powder :: brightening shade looks great on the under eye area

Cons—Contour shade is a little warm, in my opinion :: lots of powder kick up

Final Thoughts—Only 3 shades, but will work for a variety of skin tones, fair to deep :: contains talc :: don’t love it, but don’t hate it :: contour shade is a little more warm than I prefer, but the formulation is good

MEH

The Most Concealer

Claims—Buildable :: full coverage :: water resistant :: cover blemishes, dark under eye circles, and other imperfections :: matte and satin hybrid finish :: will last all day :: can be used for any of the 4 Cs—correct, conceal, contour, and cover

Price–$14 for 18 g

Shade Range—20 (7 correctors)

My Shade—01 Ivory

Pros—Shade range :: shade match for me :: awesome coverage :: easy to blend :: worked with other under eye & complexion products

Cons—HATE the packaging

Final Thoughts—I love the shade and the coverage, but the packaging sucks. I put it in a small jar and I love it so much more. It’s easier to use and apply.

BEST: Pot De Creme
WORST: Get Glow

Overall
The compact powder products are very chalky and have A TON of kick up when you dip your brush in. The brand has nailed packaging and presentation. I love the eye shadow and loose setting powder, but the rest just don’t impress me. The PPP powder is amazing and definitely worth purchasing. The Fenty Pro Filt’r Setting Powder is my #1, all-time favorite and this is just as good and cheaper! Its soft-focus, blurs, is finely milled, and makes my face look flawless. I love liquid eye shadow because it’s quick and easy. This one stays put and doesn’t crease. I love that the products are affordable and cruelty free. I’m interested to see how the line will grow next.
