Final Thoughts
Powder foundation is tricky for dry skin. It can look cakey and flakey, but this one didn’t. This shade is very pink which is perfect for me. This claims to be 12 hour wear and I don’t agree with that. It definitely didn’t hold up all day. However, if I need all day wear, I don’t reach for a powder foundation. I like this and other powder foundations for more natural, light makeup days. If you want full coverage, this isn’t for you. It is medium at best. I found mine at TJ Maxx for less than $10 and for that price, I’d buy it again. I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for it though. There are cheaper powder foundations that do the same thing.
I wanted to try this powder with the Bare Minerals BarePro Liquid foundation and see how the two worked together. They aren’t necessarily made to go together, but I was just curious. Each shade matches me separately, but paired together, the are too dark. It caked up and looked a mess. It’s a no on this combo.
