- Trader Joe’s Moisturizing Cream Shave
- Amy Sattler recommended this so I picked it up to try and I am hooked. I don’t love the scent, but it’s so hydrating and I get a close shave. This is the only shave cream I will be using for the foreseeable future. Also, if you don’t watch her videos, you should. She is one of my favorites!
- Smashbox Vitamin Glow Primer
- I got this sample with a Sephora order and I LOVE it. Smashbox gets primers right. This is so hydrating and I love that it has Vitamin C in it to help brighten. I will definitely be buying the full size of this after I work through some of the primers I have in my collection right now.
- Thrive Causmetics Liquid Lash Extensions in Crystal (Black Brown)
- I’ve tried this before and LOVED it. However, I don’t love black mascara. I saw they released a new shade that was Black Brown and I immediately purchased. I love this mascara year round, but especially in the summer. It’s a tubing mascara so it doesn’t budge, smudge, or flake in the summer heat.
- Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer
- I hadn’t been using a pore filling/smoothing primer because I noticed that when I used one, my pores looked worse which is obviously not the goal. I got a sample of this with a Sephora order and tried it again. I think I had just been using too much. You need a tiny amount and really work it into the skin. After I used up the sample, I bought the travel size. It’s only $19 and will last a long time.
- Buxom Power-full Plump Lip Balm
- I bought this because TIBAL recommended it and it is so good. It’s the perfect amount of color and super moisturizing. I already have big lips so I can’t speak to the plumping effect. There is a slight tingle, but it goes away pretty quickly.
- Ofra Flexi Slick Lip Creme in Swizzle
- Kelly Strack recommended this in one of her videos so I picked it up when I was placing an Ulta order. The formula is very similar to the NARS Velvet Lip Glide which is one of my favorite lip formulas and these are cheaper. I wish there were more shades because I would definitely be buying more. It’s a mix of a lip gloss and a liquid lipstick. It’s pigmented and stays longer like a liquid lipstick, but is shiny like a gloss and isn’t sticky.
