Revlon Melting Glass Shine

Claims--Moisturizing :: doesn’t feather or bleed :: mirror-like sheen :: buttery feel

Price–$9.99 at Ulta and Target, and Walgreens :: $6.97 on Amazon

Shade Range–25
My Shade–Fuchsia Gleam

Pros–Affordable :: easily accessible :: paraben free :: shade range :: creamy :: luxe, heavy packaging :: buildable, can go sheer or build to fuller coverage :: hyaluronic acid :: moisturizing

Cons–Not cruelty free :: feathers and bleeds on me :: will slide & move if you don’t use a liner :: will not last through eating and drinking, you will have to reapply

Final Thoughts–I love the luxe, heavy packaging. You will definitely want to use a liner with this because it will slip and slide around and it feathered on me. I like that you can do a quick wash of color or amp it up for a bold look. It is very hydrating and has a gorgeous, shiny finish. I like those two things, but you will have to reapply throughout the day.

Final Thoughts–This very hydrating, shiny, and comfortable. The perfect product for easy, no mirror application. You will have to reapply throughout the day. If bold colors aren’t your thing, these are for you.

Wet n Wild Stained Glass

Claims–Transfer-proof :: up to 8 hours of wear :: kiss-proof :: Won’t cake, feather, or bleed :: comfort & shine of a gloss with lasting power of a stain :: creamy, comfy, & lightweight all day wear

Price–$5.99 at wetnwildbeauty.com, Ulta, Amazon, Walgreens :: $4.99 at Target

Shade Range–6
My Shade–Kiss My Glass

Pros–Affordable :: vegan :: pigmented :: cruelty free :: gluten free :: shiny, but not sticky :: stays all day, not drying :: small, sleek packaging :: love the paddle applicator

Cons–Shade Range

Final Thoughts–This is one of my favorite lip products ever! I really need them to make more shades. I bought one to try, fell in love, and immediately bought 3 more. I don’t love lip gloss because it’s sticky and doesn’t last. This is the product that solves that problem. The shine will wear off, BUT the color is still there. After I eat or drink, I apply more with no problem. I use a lip liner because everything bleeds on me.

NYX Shout Loud Satin

Claims–Ultra saturated color :: up to 4 hours of hydration :: infused with mango and shea butter :: bold pigment, comfortable formula :: heart-stamped bullet design

Price–$8.50 at Ulta, Walgreens :: $8.49 at Target

Shade Range–24
My Shade–Emotion

Pros–Affordable :: easily accessible :: cruelty free :: pigmented

Cons–Not creamy :: not hydrating or moisturizing

Final Thoughts–MAJOR FLOP. Love the color, but the formula is not for me. I definitely don’t agree with the hydrating claim. It tugged going on and didn’t glide easily. It’s not comfortable or creamy. It’s very pigmented and there’s a nice shade range. I do not approve.

Revlon Lucious Matte

Claims–Vivid, true velvet mattes :: infused with agave, moringa oil, and capuacu butter to help your lips feel supple and look smooth :: precise bullet shape for easy application

Price–$8.49 at Ulta, Amazon, Target

Shade Range–24
My Shade–On Fire

Pros–Affordable :: luxe packaging :: shade range :: glides on easily :: easily accessible :: pigmented :: long lasting :: creamy

Cons–Will feel dry with extended wear

Final Thoughts–This is creamy and didn’t tug going on, but it’s note as creamy as the Maybelline Mattes. It lasted through eating and drinking so need to reapply. It did start feeling dry towards the end of the day. I really like this shade, but I won’t buy any others. The best mattes at the drugstore are the Maybelline Creamy Mattes. It’s not my favorite, but not bad, just MEH.

LA Girl Lip Attraction

Claims–Infused with Vitamin E :: hybrid-gloss formula :: hydrating :: highly pigmented :: ultra creamy

Price–$5.99 at Ulta :: $6.75 on Amazon :: $8 at lagirlusa.com

Shade Range–10
My Shade–Cutie

Pros–Affordable :: hydrating :: creamy :: glides on easily :: luxe, magnetic packaging :: long lasting

Cons–Not easily accessible

Final Thoughts–I picked this up on a whim and I am so glad I did. It is one of the best bullet lipstick formulas I have tried in a while. I want ALL the shades. The magnetic packaging reminds me of the NARS Audacious lipsticks and this is MUCH cheaper. I highly recommend!
