Final Thoughts
If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you know I love the Neutrogena Hydra Boost skin care line. When they introduced makeup, I was so excited, but I haven’t been blown away by any of the products. As with every other Neutrogena complexion product, there is no shade match for me and I had to use a white mixer. This foundation isn’t very creamy and is really hard to blend. It tugged at my skin going on. One layer is light coverage and adding an additional layer did nothing. It’s definitely not buildable. I used concealer to add coverage where I needed it. I set it with powder, of course, so it did last most of the day. I think the price on this is crazy for what you get. I found mine on sale for $6ish. It’s not even worth that. Major flop.
