Final Thoughts
I found mine at TJ Maxx for $2.99 so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying this. The Full Spectrum line isn’t talked about much and I’m wondering if it’s being discontinued. My Walgreens discounted everything and has moved it out of their store, it’s online only at Ulta, and I really haven’t seen it any where else. I picked it up because the wand shape was similar to the Exhibitionist mascara that I loved. It coats the lashes really well, but the shape and amount of product you get on the wand makes it hard to really get to the root and lift up. I don’t agree with the volumizing claims as I didn’t notice too much additional volume. This isn’t the worst, but not the best. Just MEH.
