Final Thoughts
The original liquid formula is a great foundation, but not for dry skin. I knew it was likely that this one would have similar result, but I wanted to try it anyway. I didn’t look awful, certainly not the worst foundation I’ve ever used, but it didn’t look good. The shade was too dark and too yellow so I used the Models Own Foundation Stick in White to lighten it. One layer didn’t quite cover all my redness, so it’s not full coverage in one layer, but it is buildable. It worked with my usual concealer, under eye powder, and setting powder products. It was difficult to blend out, you’re definitely going to want a brush for this one. It’s not very creamy and as I was striping it on my skin, it really tugged. The finish is matte, but not a flat matte. I think if you have more normal/combo skin, you might like this. I’m sure it’s coming to drugstores, but right now I can only find it on Milani’s website which is where I purchased mine.
