Final Thoughts
I could definitely tell a difference in my lashes with and without this primer. It’s also great to have for light makeup days, you can use it alone and not worry with primer and mascara. I still think the LOreal Voluinous is the best mascara primer, but this one is good and I will definitely reach for it and use it.
