Final Verdict
I HATE this primer. It’s rare that I hate a product, but this is so terrible. It did nothing for my lashes and it doesn’t show up white, even though it looks like it would. It applies clear so you can’t see where you’ve applied it. I knew my LOreal would be hard to be beat, but I wanted to give this a try. I’ll be sticking with the LOreal!
