Final Verdict
I really hate that this was limited edition. I love it with and without the fibers. It is a more wet formula and has a natural bristle brush. I curled my lashes, applied my LOreal Mascara Primer, and then went in. I didn’t notice a huge difference with the fibers and that’s an extra step I don’t want to have to mess with. If you can find this, I definitely recommend giving it a try.
