Final Verdict
I LOVE the Neutrogena Hydro Boost line so I had to have this as soon as it I saw it. Sadly, I don’t love this on its own. I pair with Benefit Roller Lash and it works much better. I usually use a couple of mascaras anyway so this isn’t an issue for me. However, I don’t know that I would repurchase it. I think it’s worth buying and trying though.
